- You are ofcourse welcome to get your own flights but travelling with a bike can be expensive on your own compared to the fun bus
- Flying out earlyish Wednesday 23rd April to catch our transfer bus to the hotel and giving time to build bikes/collect hire bikes and get our bearings.
- Flying back late afternoon Wednesday 30th April allows for a lie-in and recovery from the ‘last night bash’ and time to dismantle and pack the bikes.
Important
- All costs and dates are dependent on sufficient numbers and fx rates etc.
- The hotel will not guarantee booking until the deposits are paid
- We must all book on the same flight to secure the transfer (arrive on a different plane and you’ll need to arrange your own transfer)
- This is being facilitated by the club – we are not a tour operator

Communication
When you have been invoiced for the deposit I will add you to the WhatsApp group – which we will use to share trip info – separate sections for info and chat. So if you don’t use WhatsApp please make an exeption for this trip – you can always delete after the trip ( but then you will miss all the hilarious photos )
